Your first project

- Create a project and add your first room and budget. Start with a small example before entering your full renovation.
- Review imported figures against your original documents. Save and reopen your project, then use the guide to create and check a backup.

Your records
Project records stay on your device and are not automatically sent to RenoCerta. You control exports and backup destinations. Records are not encrypted by the app. Website purchases and support enquiries are handled separately.
Document extraction needs review. The offline assistant uses structured guidance. Planning records do not certify building work or guarantee contractor prices.
Help with your download or setup
Email info@renocerta.com with your order reference, Windows version, RenoCerta version and the step where you need help. Include the exact error message or a screenshot with personal information removed. Do not send invoices, financial records or project backups in your first message.
Our fix-it-or-refund promise
If you report an issue with RenoCerta Control and we do not fix it, we will refund 100% of the price you paid for the product.
